PROPOSAL & Creative Direction REVIEW
Creative DIrection is key. All of those back of the napkin sketches, mood boards and screen grabs of, 'I like what Those people are doing...'
I will Analyze and organize this for you into an actionable plan with proof of concept if necessary and provide you with a detailed proposal showing Cost, timeline and Deliverables.
Agreement & Retainer
Once you give me the Thumbs Up Approval and reserve your timeline by providing retainer outlined in our Scope Proposal, we are off to the races!
CREative Production, review & Final Touches
Based on the Creative Direction you approved, here is where some real magic happens. Those sketches and mood boards come to life in High-quality visuals custom made for your Brand. We will review initial drafts and with Your feedback will push for the Goal Line.

Yes! My clients are located across the country. The majority of how we collaborate is done on a digital platform, so am able to provide the same service level remotely as would in-person.
EASY, OF COURSE! WE WILL SET UP AN INITIAL CALL TO TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT AND SPECIFIC NEEDS AND AGREE ON A SCOPE OF WORK. OR, IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PROJECT BRIEF WE CAN REVIEW DETAILS AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. FROM THERE WILL ASSEMBLE A PROPOSAL FOR YOUR APPROVAL AND AGREE ON A TIMELINE FOR NEXT STEPS, PRODUCTION, REVIEW AND DELIVERABLES.
EVERY PROJECT IS DIFFERENT AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE PROJECT WILL NOT APPLY TO ANOTHER. AFTER UNDERSTANDING EXACTLY WHAT YOUR PROJECT NEEDS THEN WE CAN WORK OUT A PER IMAGE RATE. GENERALLY SPEAKING I WILL SHOOT MORE THAN WHAT IS REQUIRED SO WE CAN GAIN A BIT OF ECONOMY OF SCALE SHOULD YOU WISH TO PURCHASE PHOTOGRAPHS BEYOND THE PROJECT SCOPE. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO BUILD UP YOUR BRAND’S IMAGE LIBRARY.
PROPOSAL WILL OUTLINE THE SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK WE AGREED TO DURING DISCOVERY CALL, OUTLINE SPECIFIC RIGHTS FOR USAGE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS AS WELL AS ALL ASSOCIATED CREATIVE, LICENSING AND ANY APPLICABLE MATERIALS AND PROP COSTS.
I DO HAVE A SELECTION OF RANDOM PROPS AND BACKGROUNDS ON HAND, HOWEVER, SHOULD YOU BE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC WHICH NEEDS PURCHASED THE COST TO DO SO IS AN ADDITIONAL LINE ITEM AND WILL BE PRESENTED ON YOUR PROJECT PROPOSAL.
Yes, I am happy to work as a one-off or spec type services or on a retainer contract service should you have a consistent amount of monthly projects. Please do be aware retainers are for a set period of time and do not roll-over and do not refund. However, my retainers are fairly flexible to combine services so let’s chat today about your needs and how I can help.
